Attorney Amy E. Bailey (formerly Ferguson) founded Ferguson Law Office, LLC in 2012 and has spent more than a decade representing individuals and families throughout Dayton and Southwest Ohio. Her practice encompasses a wide range of legal matters, from speeding tickets and traffic offenses to criminal charges, divorce, dissolution, child custody, and immigration proceedings. She is committed to providing knowledgeable, personalized representation and helping clients navigate the legal system with confidence.

In 2019, Attorney Bailey was appointed Magistrate and Court Administrator of Fairborn Municipal Court, serving in that role until 2022. She subsequently returned to the full-time operation of her law practice while continuing to serve as a Visiting Magistrate. Her experience on both sides of the bench provides valuable insight into courtroom procedures, judicial decision-making, and the practical realities of the legal process.
